Safety and security are including: Risk and accident prevention/ Food safety/ Personal hygiene/ Reception of food products/ Storage of food products/ Preparation/ Waste treatment/ Health safety /Security of people and assets/ Safety of building and facilities /Fire protection / Emergency management.

Maintenance requirements are including: Buildings and outdoor areas/ Equipment.
