Manager’s Performance Improvement Course

This course was developed by DEA Canadian College and ACS Canada Certification to develop performance knowledge by in site training and field trip.

In this course, managers are initially familiar with the concepts of productivity, performance management, basic concepts of quality, basic concepts of environmental law compliance, basic concepts of business intelligence, basic concepts of occupational health and safety laws.

The second part of course is study of Business continuity management systems and how to make it operational in the management.

Participants must be at least 5 years of executive management experience, attend all sessions and pass all quizzes with a satisfactory mark in order to receive a certificate of completion.

Learning Objectives/Outcomes

At the end of this program students will be able to manage business treats, better understanding of the business through analysis of critical issues and areas of vulnerability brings together international best practice to help their organizations respond to, and recover from, disruptions effectively which means reduced costs and less impact on business performance should something go wrong. The ability to reassure clients, suppliers, regulators and other stakeholders that the organization has sound systems and processes in place for business continuity, improved business performance and organizational resilience.

Day6: Warning and Communication, Business continuity plan –Recovery,
